Conveyor Rollers
Our crew handles full conveyor installs for mobile crushers, recycling plants, factories, and static lines. We install new belts, fit pulleys and rollers, align frames, tension belts, and install skirting or guarding.
All install work is completed to site safety standards and timed around your operations, whether during planned shutdowns or active production. We work across regional Victoria and metro sites and bring all tooling and equipment needed for efficient setup and commissioning.
Conveyor Pulleys
We supply drive pulleys, tail pulleys, bend pulleys and take-up pulleys to suit both standard and custom systems. Pulleys are available in rubber lagged or bare configurations, depending on site requirements.
All pulleys are built to industrial standards with balanced construction, durable shafts and suitable lagging options for improved belt grip, wear life and power efficiency. We also supply replacement lagging where required, including hot-bonded and strip lagging options.
Pulleys are selected based on application data including belt tension, wrap angle, drive power and environmental exposure.
