PU with Wear Indication Layer

Vic Conveyors & Crushing’s PU Sheeting with Wear Layer is designed for heavy-duty industrial applications where superior abrasion and impact resistance are essential. The additional wear layer provides enhanced protection against sliding abrasion, impact from bulk materials, and general wear, extending the service life of chutes, hoppers, screens, and other high-wear equipment.This sheeting maintains flexibility and toughness while offering a smooth surface to reduce material sticking and improve flow in bulk handling operations. It is ideal for mining, quarrying, and material handling environments where long-lasting protection is critical.

Available in thicknesses from 6mm to 15mm, with roll widths of 1.2m and 1.5m, supplied in 10 L/M rolls, and available with buffed back or CN bonding layer options for secure adhesion and durable installation.
