Pink Rubber - 38/40 Duro

VCC Pink Premium Rubber Sheeting

Vic Conveyors & Crushing’s Pink Premium Lining Rubber is manufactured from a highly elastic, premium natural rubber compound designed for exceptional performance in wet slurry and fine particle sliding abrasion environments.


It offers excellent physical properties including outstanding cut and tear resistance, along with extreme flexibility for easy installation and long-lasting performance. This pink lining rubber also provides moderate resistance to certain mild chemicals, including acids and alkalis commonly used in mineral processing operations.


Each sheet features a pre-buffed finish on one side to enhance adhesion when bonded to steel or rubber surfaces, and can be applied using a wide range of Neoprene-based adhesives for reliable bonding strength.


APPLICATIONS
Pink Premium Lining Rubber is engineered as a durable wear and corrosion protection lining system for heavy-duty industrial applications. It is typically bonded to equipment to protect steel surfaces from wet slurry and fine particle abrasion. Common applications include use within the mining, quarrying, and mineral processing sectors, typically lining:
