Cerapoxy Liquid Ceramic Silicon Carbide Brushable Ceramic Epoxy - 0.8KG Kit

Price

$245.00

Cerapoxy Liquid Ceramic is a premium, brush-applied ceramic coating with silicon carbide designed for superior protection in extreme industrial environments. Engineered to resist abrasion, corrosion, heat, and chemical attack, it forms a dense, ultra-hard barrier that extends equipment life and reduces maintenance downtime.

This 100% solids (solvent-free) system contains finely milled alumina ceramic particles suspended in a specially formulated epoxy resin, delivering excellent adhesion, exceptional mechanical strength, and long-lasting durability. Once cured, the coating produces a smooth, high-gloss finish that not only resists wear and corrosion but also enhances pump flow efficiency by reducing surface friction.

Applications:

Pumps
Used to coat internal surfaces to resist abrasion, cavitation, and chemical attack. It extends pump life by reducing wear from slurry, chemicals, or high-velocity fluids.

Valves
Applied to valve bodies, seats, and gates to prevent erosion and corrosion in high-pressure or abrasive flow conditions. Helps maintain sealing surfaces and reduces downtime.

Pans
Protects against high-temperature scaling, chemical attack, and mechanical wear in processing pans or troughs. Common in foundries, chemical plants, or food industries where surfaces see constant impact and heat.

Seals
Creates a hard, protective layer on mechanical seals to reduce friction, resist chemical degradation, and extend sealing performance in aggressive media.

Turbines
Coats turbine blades and housings to resist erosion from steam, gas, or particulates. Protects against pitting, scaling, and heat degradation, helping maintain efficiency.

Heat exchangers
Applied to tubes and housings to reduce fouling, corrosion, and scaling. Maintains thermal transfer efficiency while extending service life in corrosive or high-temperature fluids.

Nozzles
Protects nozzle tips and internal bore surfaces from abrasion, corrosion, and flow erosion, especially in spray systems, sandblasting, or slurry applications.

Screws
Used on extruder or conveyor screws to reduce wear from high-friction materials and chemicals. Maintains dimensional integrity and reduces downtime from frequent replacements.

Screens
Coats screen surfaces to prevent abrasive wear and corrosion. Useful in mining, aggregate, and processing industries where constant particle impact occurs.
